Completed in partnership with Thái Dương Hệ (SSFG), a local Vietnamese monitoring company, monitoring construction near the MRT line. The project is located in District 1, Ho Chi Minh City — a new-build residential and office complex with 3 basement levels and 22 above-ground floors. Because the site is close to the underground section of Ho Chi Minh City MRT Line 1, a total station was used on site for automated monitoring, continuously tracking structural displacement and changes, in order to assess the potential impact of the deep excavation works on the existing MRT structure. GeoSupply provided automated total station control software and integrated it with the GeoSupply cloud monitoring platform, helping to track monitoring data, construction status and surrounding environmental changes in real time — providing a reliable basis for construction safety and risk management.
